That is why we've created the British Airways Future Lab - our exclusive online research community, aiming to help us achieve our mission of taking Britain to the world and the world to Britain.
As a member, you'll be given the opportunity to share your ideas and feedback on what we do, participating in different activities such as surveys, discussions and polls.
REWARDS
As a member of the British Airways Future Lab, you'll have the opportunity make your voice heard, helping us continuously improve our service for you, our customers. As well as influencing our decisions with your contributions, you'll be able to get the chance of adding to our monthly donations pot for charity.
This means that each time you participate in and/or complete an eligible activity, you’ll be adding an entry into the donations pot. The more activities you participate in, the bigger our charity donation.
You can also unlock badges and progress through our community status levels, giving you a chance to access exclusive content over time.
The British Airways Future Lab is an exclusive insight community of selected British Airways customers. We value your opinions and want to know what's on your mind. By listening to what you have to say, we'll be able to better represent your voice and can really understand what's important to you. The British Airways Future Lab is operated by Researchbods on behalf of British Airways.
We’ll ask you to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussion rooms, as well as other activities where we feel your input is important. Just so you know, all activities are optional, and we’ll try only to invite you to take part in things we feel are relevant to you.

New research activities will appear on your homepage, but you’ll also receive invitations via email. Simply click on the links or click through the tiles available on your homepage to take part in our activities. All activities are optional, but the more you take part in, the more chances you'll have of winning.
No. All activities you're invited to are optional. But just so you know, the more activities you participate in, the bigger our donation pot will grow, and more money will be donated to a charity, chosen by you. You can find out more about our contest rules here.
Surveys can take anywhere between 1-20 minutes to finish, but for the most part, they won’t take any longer than 5-10 minutes. We’ll let you know the length of each survey on the invitation, along with the close date.

You can stop being a member at any time by closing your account. To do so, go to your 'Profile' page and click on the ‘close account’ option. Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@bafuturelab.com
The overall results that you and other members share with us will be used to help British Airways improve their products and services. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of British Airways for marketing purposes. As part of the NDA and Terms & Conditions of participation, all members agree to keep what they see or discuss on the Future Lab confidential.
