Introduction

British Airways Future Lab (“Future Lab”)

Please read the following carefully to understand the Terms & Conditions of the incentives associated with participation in the British Airways Future Lab.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of these Terms

Your inclusion in the Future Lab is governed by these Incentives terms and conditions (these "Terms"). Please read these Terms, the Terms of Use of the Future Lab (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy carefully before you start to take part in the Future Lab’s research activities. By being part of the Future Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Terms of Use and accept the uses of your personal data set out in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not continue to be part of the Future Lab.

Future Lab Incentives Terms and Conditions of Use

By participating in the Future Lab you agree that your responses will be used by STRAT7 Researchbods to calculate a participation rate. This is the number of responses as a percentage of the number of members invited to an eligible activity. For example, if 100 members responded to an activity where 200 members were invited, the participation rate would be 50%.

By meeting a preset threshold for participation rate, STRAT7 Researchbods will donate the preset associated amount to a chosen charity (“Incentive”). As part of the Incentive, a donation will be made on a quarterly basis to the chosen charity. Information confirming the donation made will be published on the Future Lab once complete.

The Chosen Charity

The chosen charity may be chosen by STRAT7 Researchbods, British Airways Plc or by a vote by members on the Future Lab. The outcome of this decision will be published on the Future Lab.

The chosen charity will be a charity registered in either the United Kingdom or the United States of America.

STRAT7 Researchbods will conduct due diligence to ensure the integrity of any chosen charity.

The donation made to charity by STRAT7 Researchbods will not be tax deductible for any person who chooses to participate in the Future Lab.

Terms & Conditions:

1. By participating in the Future Lab you represent and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you agree to be bound by British Airways’ interpretation of these Terms & Conditions which is final in all matters relating to Future Lab incentives.
2. Your participation constitutes your consent for British Airways to use information you provide, including personal data, for the purposes of the Future Lab incentives.
3. The decisions of British Airways shall be final.
4. British Airways reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or suspend the Future Lab incentives programme at any time.
5. The donation made is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. STRAT7 Researchbods and British Airways reserve the right to provide a substitute Chosen Charity should the Chosen Charity become unsuitable for the Future Lab. This is at the discretion of STRAT7 Researchbods and British Airways.
6. British Airways is in no way liable for the reproduction of or indirect access to these terms and conditions via third party web sites or home page access where any reproduction of the information relating to this incentives programme misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the incentives programme.
