NON-DISCLOSURE POLICY

British Airways Customer Research

You have been invited to participate in a British Airways customer research programme (British Airways Future Lab). During your involvement in this customer research, you will have access to extremely confidential information. Your involvement is therefore conditional on you agreeing to the following confidentiality undertakings. You acknowledge that all details relating to the customer research are secret and confidential to British Airways (“The Confidential Information”). This Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: working documents, plans, manuscript notes, presentations, imagery, etc. - relating to the customer research.

Accordingly, at all times during and after your involvement with the customer research, you must:

• a) keep any work done relating to the customer research, and Confidential Information learned, private and confidential;
• b) not disclose or impart any of the Confidential Information to any person, whether an employee of British Airways or otherwise;
• c) not use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than to perform your duties in relation to the customer research;
• d) not remove, capture, copy or store the Confidential Information
• e) not write or post any information about the day or what you have seen on any online forum or anywhere else
